An annual holiday tradition, Bham Now has once again compiled a list of Birmingham area Christmas tree lighting and holiday parades in November and December.

In front of City Hall at Short 20 Street North in Lane Park. There will be vendors, food trucks, free concerts, and Christmas tree lighting. It starts at 4:00 p.m
The Bessemer Annual Christmas Tree will be lit on Sunday, November 27, 2022 Starting at 5 p.m. at Debardeleben Park, 1623 2nd Avenue North, in historic downtown Bessemer.
An annual Bessemer Christmas parade will be held Saturday, December 10, 2022, starting at 2 p.m. in historic downtown Bessemer. The Bessemer Area Chamber of Commerce is organizing this event. The theme of this year’s parade is “My Christmas Tree”.
Community Caroling and Tree Lighting Concert in Historic Downtown Trussville on Sunday, November 27 at 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM. Gather at the mall where there will be Christmas carols, hot chocolate, cookies and other Christmas activities.

The Christmas tree lighting will take place at Vestavia City Hall starting at 6:00 p.m.
The Vestavia Hills Holiday Parade is set for December 11, at 2:00 PM in Liberty Park. details.
Both events are organized by the Hueytown Chamber. Tree lighting at New City Park, 104 Forest Road beginning at 6:00 p.m. More than 100 are expected to participate in the parade on the 10th, which begins at 10:00 am for the high school.

According to the Trussville Tribune, the theme for this year’s Pinson Parade is “Ugly Christmas Sweater.” Check the City of Pinson website for start times.

The Montevallo Chamber of Commerce presents the “Montevallo Christmas Parade” on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 6 p.m. Tree lighting begins downtown at 5:30 p.m
The city’s Christmas Tree Lighting event begins at 6:00 PM on December 2nd. The show is organized by the Graysville Chamber of Commerce, and begins downtown at 10:00 am.
The Kickball and Whiffle Ball Leagues put on a parade in the Bluff Park neighborhood. Event starts at 9:00 am – details

The 51st Annual Christmas Day Parade will take place in historic downtown Helena. The event starts at 1:00 PM and this year’s theme is “Christmas Dreams”.
Sponsored by the Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce, this year’s show begins at 3:00 PM on December 4th. The show will revolve around the village of Mountain Brook.
