BrewDog may have started as a small garage operation in Scotland but it has quickly taken over a large part of the world.
There are currently more than 100 BrewDog restaurants and outposts around the world in various stages of reopening after the ravages of COVID-19, but that hasn’t slowed down the ambitions of the now global breweries one bit.
In May, James Watts, co-founder of BrewDog in 2021, announced that the company had signed a lease for a 30,000-square-foot rooftop location in Vegas.
Now that dream has come to fruition. On December 2nd, BrewDog is opening the doors to the first ever carbon negative bar in “Sin City.”
“Las Vegas is a cultural center and a famous city, not only for the US but for the world. James Watt, CEO and Co-Founder of BrewDog, told WhereTraveller…
“With over 41 million visitors each year, we can share our impressive selection of craft beers with not only Las Vegas locals but those visiting the western US and people from all over the world, along with epic local breweries and featuring them in 96 taps.
Located in the heart of “Sin City”, BrewDog Las Vegas has a 10 barrel brewing system and rooftop bar with an amazing view of the city…
“When we first saw this empty building across from MGM Park Casino, it was the roof and the amazing views of the city and its landmarks that made us instantly fall in love with this location.” Wat added…
“Our large dining room takes advantage of a fully operational brewery allowing us to brew beer in Las Vegas bringing the creativity of our local team members and the ability to collaborate with beer lovers and other local breweries in town.”
BrewDog Vegas is one of 40 new locations either under construction or in various stages of the design process.
