Kindlefest holiday market set to return to Ann Arbor on Dec. 2

Ann Arbor Eat sable, drink traditional wine, and shop for holiday treasures at Kerrytown’s beloved Kindlefest Market from 5-9 p.m. Friday, December 2.

The annual holiday market is back full of joy, shopping, and food, but things might look a little different.

The festivities will be split into two locations: Ann Arbor Farmers Market and Fourth Avenue between Ann and Catherine Streets.

The farmers market will host activities for kids, live music, smores, hot cocoa and fire pits. Food trucks and beverage kiosks will be on Fourth Avenue.

“We have shifted our focus away from having vendors at the farmers market to providing a fun atmosphere for people to hang out and socialize while shopping in Kerrytown area stores,” the Kerrytown County Association, which organizes and hosts the event, wrote to Kindlefest website.

Kerrytown stores will open late and offer discounts.

Stores can migrate to the Main Street area after checking out Kerrytown for the annual Midnight Madness shopping event, which runs in conjunction with Kindlefest.
