Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday said the state has become the preferred destination for investors after the improvement of law and order situation.

According to a senior official, Adityanath has launched several development projects worth Rs 267 crore in Bijnor district.
Citing the latest report of the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), the Prime Minister said that there had been no sectarian riots under his regime and that the country was on the path of development.
He also said that Uttar Pradesh is working tirelessly towards the goal of one district and one medical college.
Emphasizing that the state government has a zero tolerance crime policy, the prime minister said his government will not allow the security of UP merchants and businessmen to be violated.
The priest-turned-politician also noted that the government is carrying out development work in various sectors, including education, health, agriculture and job generation, on a priority basis.
Adityanath also visited Moradabad department and had a review meeting with the official on the ongoing development work.
